Louisville Cardinals defeated SMU Mustangs 88-74 at KFC Yum! Center. Louisville Cardinals kept SMU Mustangs at arm's length after building control of the game. Louisville Cardinals did enough late to separate from SMU Mustangs. Mikel Brown Jr. led the box score for LOU with 20 in Points. The result closed out the matchup at KFC Yum! Center in front of 14,847 fans with LOU adding a win and SMU taking the loss.
